TCC’s Academy for Nonprofit Excellence Presents: "An Evening with Author and Non-Profit Activist Dan Pallotta"

From January 29, 2015 until January 29, 2015

Thursday, January 29 at 4:30 PM

Dan Pallotta will be speaking on his book Uncharitable: How Restraints on Nonprofits Undermine Their Potential, the best-selling title in the history of Tufts University Press. The Stanford Social Innovation Review said that it "deserves to become the nonprofit sector's new manifesto".

Uncharitable ventures where no other book on the nonprofit sector has dared to go. Where other well-intended books suggest ways to improve performance within the existing nonprofit paradigm, Uncharitable argues that the paradigm itself is the problem, and calls into question our fundamental canons about charity.

Uncharitable is for students, philanthropists, nonprofit executives, institutional funders, donors, and anyone who cares about the great causes of our time.
